Our Premium plan includes coverage for pre-existing conditions. For other plans, pre-existing conditions may be covered after a waiting period. Please consult with our team for specific details about your situation.

How does the claims process work?

We offer direct billing with our network hospitals worldwide. Simply present your membership card and the hospital will bill us directly. For out-of-network treatment, you can submit claims online for reimbursement.

Is maternity cover included?

Yes, maternity cover is included in our Standard and Premium plans. This covers prenatal care, delivery, postnatal care, and care for newborns worldwide.
